The Georgia Tech Real Estate Club was founded in 2018 by a group of students who are passionate about the Real Estate industry. Our goal as a club is twofold: 1) Educate students who are interested in real estate about the variety of service lines and career paths that they can pursue upon entering the workforce; and 2) Provide students with the opportunity to network and build relationships with successful real estate professionals in the Atlanta area. Our purpose is to cultivate knowledge, develop skill sets, and facilitate connections for all of our members in their pursuit of a career in Real Estate.
The Club is a fully chartered organization through Georgia Tech. We are inclusive of students from the Scheller MBA full-time, evening, and executive programs, as well as the larger graduate student body and the undergraduate student body. We remain connected to GT Alumni via the Georgia Tech Commercial Real Estate Organization (GTCREO).
The Real Estate Club has three primary goals for the 2020-2021 school year:
- Educate future leaders about the variety of service lines and career paths they can pursue after graduating as well as relevant topics in Real Estate, like resilient design and the impact of COVID-19.
- Provide networking and relationship building opportunities with real estate professionals in the Atlanta area.
- Give students in person/virtual exposure to active real estate development projects.
We will accomplish these goals through monthly meetings, career panels with industry leaders, site-visits at a variety of Atlanta development projects, and access to internships and full-time opportunities.
Whether you are pursuing a career in the field or are a future leader interested in understanding the fascinating world of Real Estate, we encourage you to join the Georgia Tech Real Estate Club or reach out to learn more.
